Delivery & Returns
Orders that include only in stock pottery are packed and dispatched within four working days.
Orders that contain any custom made pottery are dispatched in around eight weeks. I have had to build a bigger kiln recently so have a backlog of orders to make. I hope to reduce the lead time over the next few months.
Pottery is a long process and I try and make sure everything is the best quality possible so it takes some time. Sometimes things go wrong, if your order is going to take longer than a month I will email you with an estimated delivery date.
Delivery for customers in the UK
Orders of total weight under 2 kg are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class signed for service. Their delivery aim is 2 to 3 working days including Saturdays.
Orders of total weight over 2 kg are sent via Parcelforce Express48 service. Their delivery aim is within 2 days.
So for all UK customers you should receive orders of in stock pottery within 4 to 5 working days of ordering.
Occasionally during busy periods it may take a little longer. Please contact me if your order is taking longer than expected and I will give you a better estimate of timings.
UK shipping prices
For orders under £50 shipping is charged at £3.99.
For orders of £50 or over UK shipping is Free.
Delivery for Customers in Europe
Parcels up to 2 kg are sent worldwide via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. Royal Mail say they aim to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days. Depending on customs or other delays this might be longer. Please contact me about ordering larger shipments.
Delivery for Customers in USA and rest of the world
Parcels up to 2 kg are sent worldwide via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. Royal Mail say they aim to deliver worldwide within 5-7 working days. Depending on customs or other delays this might be longer.
Breakages & Returning Items
I spend a lot of time ensuring my special pots are wrapped well in sturdy packaging. My pottery has arrived safely from the UK to Europe, Australia and the US.
In the unlikely event something does get broken I give a full refund. You just need to send photos of the broken pottery and the packaging as it arrived to you.
If you are unhappy with pottery for any other reason you can return it for a refund. Post in the original box and send to the address at the bottom of the page within 30 days of receiving your pottery.
