Delivery for customers in the UK
My pottery is sent in high quality compostable and recyclable packaging.
I send with a Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour service.
Orders that include only in stock pottery are packed and dispatched within four working days.
Orders that contain any custom made pottery are dispatched in around eight weeks. I hope to reduce the lead time over the next few months.
Pottery is a long process and I try and make sure everything is the best quality possible so it takes some time. Sometimes things go wrong, if your order is going to take longer than this I will email you with an estimated delivery date.
UK shipping prices
For orders under £50 shipping is charged at £4.99.
For orders of £50 or over UK shipping is Free.
I have stopped shipping outside of the UK from this website as Brexit and tax collection has made things too complicated, I also want to reduce the carbon impact of my business.
Breakages & Returning Items
I spend a lot of time ensuring my special pots are wrapped well in sturdy packaging.
In the unlikely event something does get broken I give a full refund. You just need to send photos of the broken pottery and the packaging as it arrived to you.
If you are unhappy with pottery for any other reason you can return it for a refund. Post in the original box and send to the address at the bottom of the page within 30 days of receiving your pottery.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning items, please send them Royal Mail 2nd class signed for service. The original delivery fee will be refunded if applicable.
I cannot accept returns of personalised items.
