Is your garlic bulb management stressing you out? You're not the only one. For years I've had random cloves of garlic running amok in our kitchen. I felt mocked by papery bulb skin blowing about with abandon.
Then one day a customer asked me to make a garlic keeper. On that day the world changed. Now and forever garlic heads can be contained in one very special place, with holes for air to circulate.
Whatever you do, don't keep garlic in the fridge.
