This stoneware spoon rest is the perfect spot to rest your favourite utensils while cooking. Made from durable stoneware that can be put in the dishwasher or quickly washed in the sink.
These types of spoon rests have been left plain to give simple modern rustic addition to your kitchen surface. There are also some spoon rests with 'Spoons' lettering available.
I make all my spoon rests on the potters wheel from a speckled clay. A small lump of clay is thrown into a round dish shape and the lip is altered while the clay is still wet.
